Budget proposals announced
The lowest council tax increase in a decade of 1.9per cent or 31p a week on the average borough home is being proposed as Telford & Wrekin Council begins consultation on its budget proposals.



Primary school success
Telford & Wrekin Council's primary schools have received a massive boost after the latest Achievement and Attainment tables showed significant improvements in key subjects.



Extra cash to improve Wellington streetscene
A further £1.1 million is to be spent on transforming Wellington streets with new seating and artwork.
