Website: Using and Researching Dual Language Books for Children

In a context in which the value of community languages is increasingly being recognised in schools and teachers are being encouraged to support children's bilingualism, dual language books provide a valuable classroom resource to encourage language learning for all children. The School of Education at UEL is in the process of building a substantial collection of these books for teaching and research.

The website offers information, suggestions and examples of good practice from teachers and students as well as descriptions of recent and current research.
