This is the first year that all CAA Schemes of Charges have been combined into one CAA Charges consultation.

The proposed amendments to these Schemes are contained in the consultation documents and are planned to be effective from 1 April 2011. Generally, the Scheme prices are proposed to increase by 3% subject to a few additional structural changes.
