Know your Air Passenger Rights

Your Passenger Rights at Hand

The European Commission has launched its Your Passenger Rights At Hand campaign that will enable passengers to enjoy easier access to information about their rights when travelling by air. Air passenger rights deal with the following issues:

  • flight delays, cancellations and denied boarding
  • assistance for people with disabilities or reduced mobility
  • package holidays
  • lost or damaged baggage
  • price transparency
  • identity of the airline

You can find more details about the campaign and download leaflets setting out your rights on the Commission's website.

You can also watch the following videos about your rights.

Airports and the travel industry can order free leaflets and posters from the European Commission website.
