Diploma administration

We provide a range of support for centre staff and awarding bodies involved in administering the Diploma, including resources for the exams office and guidance on the Diploma aggregation service.

If you're a member of exams office staff, you will find information and resources in this section to help you organise Diploma administration. We've broken the process down into stages to make it easier for you to access the information you need.

If you are from an awarding body you'll find guidance on the Diploma aggregation service as well as information and materials to support you in Diploma administration. You can also access training and support materials provided to exam officers that you may need for reference.

In 2009, QCDA revisited the Wolverhampton consortium and the Eastbourne and Hailsham Federation to hear how, a year into Diploma delivery, leadership, curriculum planners and exams office staff work together to develop policy and ensure effective Diploma administration across each consortium.

In 2008, QCDA spoke with consortium leadership, curriculum planners and exams office staff from the Wolverhampton consortium and the Eastbourne and Hailsham Federation to hear about their plans for Diploma delivery and how leadership supports the exams office.
