Pupils' results

Here is a range of downloadable templates to help schools write reports, along with information on reporting notifications.

Headteachers are responsible for sending a written report to parents, carers or guardians on their child’s achievements at least once during the school year.

The downloadable templates (all Word document format) below can be used to help schools compile reports on pupils' and schools' attainment to parents, carers and guardians. Their format allows national data to be compiled easily.

Key stage 2 - report templates

National curriculum tests marked test scripts and results will be made available to schools by 6 July 2010. Results will be available to download from the Pupil results section of the NCA tools website.

To report a notification of a child or pupil working at the level of the tasks or tests but who is unable to access them, or to report a notification of disapplication from teacher assessment at key stage 1, download these documents:
