Diana
Guy was appointed Deputy Chairman in 2004, having been a member
since 2001. She is a qualified solicitor and was a partner, and
later a consultant, at Theodore Goddard (now part of Addleshaw
Goddard). During her career she specialized in EU and competition
law and was involved in some significant cases before the MMC and
the European Commission. She is a non-executive director of Catlin
Underwriting Agencies Limited and Catlin Insurance Company (UK)
Limited.
