Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals)

This is the official site for the Administrative Appeals Chamber of the Upper Tribunal. It aims to assist those wishing to appeal against, or involved in, decisions of the General Regulatory Chamber, the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, Social Entitlement Chamber, and the War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Chamber. All of these form the First-tier Tribunal.

It is also for those wanting to make a first appeal about:

• decisions of the Independent Safeguarding Authority about safeguarding vulnerable groups
• decisions of the Traffic Commissioners

And it tells you when the Administrative Appeals Chamber has power to hear judicial review cases.
