In spring 2007, the Healthcare Commission completed a second audit of NHS trusts’ compliance with the specific publication requirements of the Race Relations Act. The audit also looked at whether trusts had published information required by the Disability Discrimination Act. This report details the methodology used and the findings of the audit.
