Tables showing judicial salaries and fees following the government's decision about the appropriate level of judicial pay for 2009/10.

The Senior Salaries Review Body has recommended increases in judicial pay amounting to approximately 2.6% (except in the case of office holders in salary group 6.2 for whom the recommendation is about 2.3%). However, the government has decided that in the current economic circumstances an award of 1.5% for the judiciary is appropriate.

The revised rates of remuneration are set out below, along with fees for fee-paid judiciary and tribunal appointments.
