Using WebCHeck

Before you start

WebCHeck allows you to search company details and view filing histories for all limited companies in the UK. This service is delivered free of charge by Companies House in conjunction with businesslink.gov.uk.

You can order documents and reports at a charge of £1 each or monitor a company at a cost of 50 pence for a twelve-month period, receiving email alerts of new documents filed by them at Companies House. To do this, register with your email address and password. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa are also used to improve online card payment security.

Any data captured through using WebCHeck is stored with the Registrar of Companies and not businesslink.gov.uk and is subject to the Companies House privacy policy.
