OLSCC Audit Report November 2005 – Annual case file audit
The annual casefile audit of the Law Society assesses whether there have been improvements in performance against previous audits, (in this case the baseline audit of May 2005). The audit investigates Law Society application of controls and procedures and informs any future work by the Commissioner in relation to setting targets for areas that require improvement.

OLSCC Audit Report February 2005 - Counting rules and temporary closures
In February 2005 an audit investigated the consistent and appropriate application of the counting rules and the use of temporary closures by the Law Society's Consumer Complaints Service. Major issues around delay were identified through auditing case files and interviews with staff. Conclusions and recommendations are included in the report.
