OLSCC Audit Report September 2006 – Annual Casefile Audit

This audit by the OLSCC Research and Investigations team assessed the Law Society’s performance against the previous year’s Annual Casefile Audit and investigated the application of controls and procedures as detailed in the Law Society’s own policy guidelines. It will also inform any future work by the Commissioner in relation to setting targets for areas that require improvement.
