- accessing Legal Aid then you should contact the Legal Services Commission on 0845 345 4345;
- a complaint about the way the Legal Complaints Service or the Solicitors Regulation Authority have investigated a complaint you raised with them then you should contact the Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman on 0845 601 0794.
