Arranging Delivery

Delivery addresses within the UK

You can choose to have publications delivered to any address within the United Kingdom. When you register, you will be asked to enter a main address for deliveries.

To add a new address click on 'Delivery address' at the top right of the page once you have logged in. Then select 'Create new address' and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can add a new address at the checkout when you place an order.

Changing address details

If you change an address in your address book, all outstanding orders for that address will be automatically updated.

Delivery charges for standard delivery

All orders within the United Kingdom are delivered free within 5-7 working days, based on availability.

Special delivery methods

Charges will apply if you require orders to be delivered more quickly than usual or require delivery outside the United Kingdom. Please contact the Call Centre on +44 (0)1623 724 503.

Despatch

We aim to despatch every order as quickly as possible. We will despatch items which are in stock on the same day, as long as we receive your order before 12pm.

If we receive an order after 12pm we will still aim to despatch on the same day. If this is not possible, the order will be despatched the following day.

We will keep any items which are awaiting stock on back-order, despatching them as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. The rest of your order will be despatched separately. See the availability help pageavailability help pageavailability help page for more details.

Damaged goods

Goods damaged, either before or on delivery, will be replaced at no extra cost if notification is received in writing or by telephone, within five days of their receipt.

Goods lost in transit

Any goods that have been lost in transit will be replaced at no extra cost if notification is received in writing or by telephone, within 21 days of us receiving your order or the publication date of the goods.
