Following the positive impact of World Class Skills (WCS) we are pleased to launch ‘Skills and Employer Responsiveness – building on World Class Skills’.
As the name suggests, ‘Skills and Employer Responsiveness – building on World Class Skills’ will harness the most successful tools and resources from WCS to continue to offer support for providers striving for improved employer responsiveness.
This is a great opportunity to further your development and become instrumental in sharing good practice across the sector.
We have a new range of workshops, group consultancies and sector coaching available for you to access. There are three main areas of focus: apprenticeships, organisational change and pre-employment programmes. Click on these links to find out more about the content of these programmes and how you can get involved.
We are also looking for colleagues working in the learning and skills sector to assist in supporting other providers and developing materials. Click here to see the opportunities available.

Videos and resources created as part of the Innovation Pathfinders World Class Skills project are now available.
The Innovation Pathfinders explored ways to develop their capacity to support business innovation through knowledge and technology transfer – giving business access to learning and skills expertise and facilities to help them develop new products, processes and markets.
