Construction (Achieving Excellence) Case Studies

OGC Markets & Suppliers - Construction worked in collaboration with other public bodies to produce a series of case studies aimed at demonstrating how applying Achieving Excellence in Construction principles results in the delivery of first class, whole-life value for money programmes and projects, and ultimately, better public services.

These concise case studies will focus on the key success factors and achievements and lessons to be learned from a variety of past and present, successful central and local government construction projects.
