Evaulation of South Yorkshire's Business Link Programme

The South Yorkshire Generic and Intermediate Start-up and Awareness Programme aims to stimulate an enterprise culture and support the creation and development of new business starts in the sub-region.
Funded by Yorkshire Forward and managed by Business Link South Yorkshire (BLSY), the programme has been delivered by local enterprise agencies in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield, with a number of targeted initiatives delivered by specialist providers.
This final evaluation has been completed during October 2007 to January 2008. As such, programme performance has been based upon expenditure, outputs and results which do not present the final picture for 2007/08.
