Five European High Growth regions and one common goal – to achieve balanced, sustainable and economic growth
GROW led by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) – was an €7.5 million interregional cooperation programme between five European Regions: Andalucia, Emilia-Romagna, Noord Brabaant, Malopolska and South East England who joined forces to share knowledge and ideas to deliver sustainable growth, across a broad spectrum of activities.
Sixteen projects were approved; they all aim to support strategic co-operations in areas of:
