PM gives speech on the economy

David Cameron has delivered his first major speech as Prime Minister today.

Speaking in Yorkshire, the PM addressed the first priority of his government – transforming the economy.

Mr Cameron set out the coalition’s strategy for economic growth that will “create more balanced growth, get Britain working and ensure our whole country shares in rising prosperity”.
