Are you using your "Refresh/Reload Button"?

Your browser may be configured to remember pages you have visited previously. If it is you may not be seeing the most up to date version of the site. Using the refresh/reload button at the top of your browser ensures the page you are viewing is the newest one available.

To view or change these settings:

Internet Explorer:

  1. Click 'Tools' at the top of the page, then select 'Internet Options'.
  2. On the 'General' tab you will find 'Temporary Internet Files'
  3. Click 'Settings'.
  4. To ensure you are always seeing up to date pages check either:
