Rural Evidence

From 2005 the Yorkshire and The Humber Rural Observatory has produced a rural evidence base for the region annually. The reports follow similar themes to the region's main annual monitoring document - Progress in the Region; looking at the Advancing Together regional indicators from a rural perspective. It is designed to inform people of the progress in rural areas using evidence from a variety of sources.

The 2006 report has over 170 pages of rural focused evidence for the region. The report is updated annually and the latest version is available for download on the YHRO website: see link below.

The YHRO has also produced a variety of detailed reports on specific topics, some of which explain the findings from reports commissioned by the Observatory itself and others based on regional data from other sources. All of these reports are also available for download from the website, along with links to other relevant organisations.
