Objective 2: the National Picture

Objective 2 is one of the three priority objectives of the European Structural Funds, and ran from 2000-2006. The Objective 2 programme was directed at supporting the economic and social conversion of industrial, rural, urban and fisheries areas facing structural difficulties.
