Health

We audit NHS trusts, PCTs and strategic health authorities to review the quality of their financial systems. We also provide services to foundation trusts and those aspiring to become foundation trusts through our Trust Practice.

We publish independent reports highlighting risks and good practice to improve the quality of financial management in the health service and encourage continual improvement in public services including public health and health inequalities.

Two independent reports evaluating the impact and cost of Comprehensive Area Assessment in its first year have been published by a consortium led by Shared Intelligence (SI), and the Office for Public Management (OPM).
