How we value diversity

We promote diversity and equality through our work. We aim to achieve best practice in all areas, creating an environment where our differences are valued and there is equal access to work and development opportunities. Externally, we support the Commission in delivering its strategic objective to encourage continual improvement in public services so they meet the changing needs of diverse communities and provide fair access for all.
