All Teaching Sessions in April and May are fully booked, and availability is limited in June and July. At present, there is plenty of availability for free Self-Guided Visits during the Summer Term.
As part of our schools programme, we run a wide variety of KS1 and KS2 Teaching Sessions designed with the National Curriculum and QCA requirements in mind. School or college groups can also explore the Museum's Moving Toys, Creativity and Childhood Galleries as part of a free Self-Guided Visit
Making a booking
All Teaching Sessions and Self-Guided Visits must be booked in advance. To make a booking please download and complete the School Bookings Request Form ensuring you read the School Bookings Guidelines before submitting. To make a booking over the telephone, call 020 8983 5205.

INSET
INSET sessions are aimed at teachers and adult helpers who have booked a school visit. The evening includes ideas on how to prepare your pupils for their visit, information to help your day run smoothly, and a chance to explore the Museum and our teaching resources.
Risk Identification
Teachers are strongly advised to visit the Museum in advance of their school visit in order to conduct their own risk assessment.
