Q. Who is included in the Outstanding Providers list 2008/09?

A. The Outstanding Provider list 2008/09 was published by Ofsted on 24 November 2009, and covered inspections between 1 September 2008 and 31 August 2009. If you were judged Outstanding in an inspection between those dates, in most cases you will be included on the list. However, some special criteria may apply - for example, if your organisation provides multiple settings, or you have more than one inspection. This is explained in more detail in our criteria document.
