What is Crown copyright?

1. Copyright of all material published by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), or on OGC"s behalf, is owned by the Crown. Published material includes a copyright statement that usually appears as either :

"© Crown Copyright with Value Added Product Status" or just "© Crown Copyright".

2. Copyright protection applies to all OGC"s published material, wherever it is accessed or available.
