Employee Relations Managers Networking Group

This group has been set up to encourage effective networking between Employee Relations Managers in departments and agencies. The group, chaired by the Cabinet Office, meets regularly to discuss employee relations and share good practice.

Partnership Agreement

A formal Partnership Agreement between the Cabinet Office and the Council of Civil Service Unions (CCSU) was signed in March 2000. The agreement contains a commitment to working in partnership with the unions on all matters that affect the people who work for us. All departments and agencies are being encouraged to achieve this model of partnership working.
