Learn with top football clubs

If you're into football and want to improve your reading, writing and number skills, the 'Heading for Success' scheme could be for you.

Learning through football: it's fun and it's free

From Newcastle United to Brighton & Hove Albion, football clubs up and down the country are offering you the chance to boost your reading, writing and number skills for free.

With the Heading for Success scheme, learning is based on football. So you could find yourself:

  • reading commentary on matches
  • working out transfer fees

You can start with a 'taster' course or work towards a full qualification. Anyone over 16 can take part.
