Complaints against the IPCC
Although we try to provide a good service, sometimes things may go wrong. If you have a complaint about the IPCC please let us know.
If you are making a complaint against the police please send the details to our London and SE office. For all other issues such as appeals or dispensations you can contact your local IPCC office directly. Click on your area on the map, or use the dropdown see details of your local IPCC representatives, police service, and police authority.
Please note if you visit our offices, you should not expect to be seen by a member of staff as we do not have the facilities to see you face to face.
