Sharing knowledge and experience is not only essential to spread best practice across the public sector but it is also the most efficient way to keep improving and innovating. The National School's Communities are a very helpful tool to support this.
Communities of Practice
The National School also creates community of practice sites to help groups stay in touch and continue their learning.
Although created principally for groups associated with the National School, community sites can be designed for Departments for a small administration charge.
