Contract terms and conditions
Cabinet Office normally contracts with its suppliers on its standard terms and conditions except where different terms and conditions have been previously agreed. These exceptions include:
- other government terms and conditions such as those applying to Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and works contracts
- contracts placed under pre-existing framework agreements, including frameworks set up by other government organisations
- contracts for large scale, complex requirements
