Assessments of Policing and Community Safety (APACS) User Satisfaction Survey Guidance

This guidance provides definitations and survey guidance for APACS user satisfaction surveys.  It sets out the requirements for conducting user satisfaction surveys and is intended to ensure consistency between police forces and authorities in user satisfaction information to deliver comparable data for use in APACS.
