This feasibility report, commissioned by Communities and Local Government and carried out by Oxford Consultants for Social Exclusion Ltd (OCSI) investigates the possibility, and likely impact, of replacing data at ward and tract level within the State of the Cities Database with data at Census Output Area or Super Output Area level.

This is one of two reports by OCSI that recommend how the State of the Cities Database could be made more useful to users.
