- Description
- If you are an individual, use form SA100 to file a tax return for your income and capital gains and to claim tax reliefs. You may need to include supplementary pages for certain types of income. Please see further down the page for forms from previous years. HMRC must receive your tax return by 31 October 2009 if you are using a paper form; 31 January 2010 if you are going to file online.
