Brief Description

The main duties for the roles will be to provide administrative support. The posts will cover:
o Information processing
o Dealing with telephone enquiries
o Mail processing
o Filing
o Typing and Keyboard work, including the transcription of audio and Police interview Tapes
o Updating Court Records
o Maintaining Court Rolls
o Photocopying/Scanning

The post holder will be capable of working on his or her own initiative and have the ability to prioritise work and identify agreed deadlines and facilitate those being met

The post holders with demonstrate a good positive attitude and be an enthusiastic team player. You must be able to establish good working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders, be able to work co-operatively as part of a team and share knowledge and experience in order to get the job done.
 

Essential Criteria for this post is:

It is essential that the post holder possesses excellent organisational skills, that they have the ability to prioritise their workload and that they have good interpersonal and communication skills.
The post holder should also have good keyboard skills and have a good working knowledge of MS Word
 

Qualifications

You must have passes in 5 academic standard grades (grade 3 or higher) which must include English, or equivalent. Alternatively, you must have experience of general office work.
