The main duties for the roles will be to provide administrative support. The posts will cover:
o Information processing
o Dealing with telephone enquiries
o Mail processing
o Typing and Keyboard work, including the transcription of audio and Police interview Tapes
o Updating Court Records
o Maintaining Court Rolls

Essential Criteria for this post is:
It is essential that the post holder possesses excellent organisational skills, that they have the ability to prioritise their workload and that they have good interpersonal and communication skills.
The post holder should also have good keyboard skills and have a good working knowledge of MS Word
You must have passes in 5 academic standard grades (grade 3 or higher) which must include English, or equivalent. Alternatively, you must have experience of general office work.
