The FSA’s new structure and strategic plan significantly increases the requirement for multi-site working and management for remote and home working. If this is to be achieved, it is essential that the most effective use is made of communications technology for Voice, Data and Video

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a sizeable role in ensuring that the Agency delivers an integrated, holistic approach to the development of these exciting and evolving technologies that will meet the business requirements of a leading scientific authority.
 

Vacancy description

You will be a senior member of ICT Operations, working as part of a team of Technical Architects, and will be responsible for managing the initial implementation and ongoing support of Unified Communications technologies, centred on Microsoft Exchange and Office Communications Servers.

This position is based in London, however a regular amount of travel will be required to our York office.

 

Skills

You will have a strong background in IT, with knowledge of Unified Communications Technologies such as Audio and Video Conferencing, telephony, including Voice Over IP, and integrated Email. Working in an ITIL based service delivery team, you will have the ability to document solutions, and to work collaboratively with both ICT colleagues and business customers.
