'We can be passionate about better public services' – Sir Gus O'Donnell tells the Sunday Times

In an interview with the Sunday Times Magazine, which was published this weekend, Sir Gus O’Donnell said he wants civil servants to go that 'extra mile' when delivering public services to the disadvantaged.
He also talked about how much the Civil Service has changed for the better since he joined thirty years ago, his early career and improving capability.
