Information Communication Technology and Science (ICTS)
The ICTS Directorate provides vision and professional leadership in information technology, communications and science for policing in England and Wales. They will coordinate, facilitate and consult with police IT and network staff on the information systems and communications initiatives needed to improve policing. The NPIA Technology and Telecommunications Team also sit in this Directorate.

Vacancy description

The CTO Operations Manager runs the day to day operations of the CTO Unit and acts as the deputy to the CTO

This post holder provides proactive leadership for the Unit across a broad front, co-ordinating the deliveries of the CTO Senior Management team. Through the Operations team, the majority of requests for business operational information are managed without engaging the CTO or other senior managers responsible for delivering customer facing services and architecture development.
