Norman Arrow Heavy contact with the quay by the UK registered HSC passenger/vehicle ferry Norman Arrow when shifting berths in Portsmouth. 31/03/10 Preliminary Examination
Stena Pioneer Grounding of the ro-ro ferry Stena Pioneer. The vessel grounded on the edge of the Fleetwood channel while departing Fleetwood on 23 March 2010 for a routine crossing to Larne. Forty five minutes later the vessel refloated on the rising tide and proceeded on passage. 23/03/10 Preliminary Examination
Ben-My-Chree During loading of passengers and vehicles alongside in Heysham, the vessel unexpectedly moved ahead causing the gangway to fall to the jetty. Seven passengers were rescued from the gangway tower by the fire brigade. 26/03/10 Preliminary Examination
