Conditional Cautioning Data

In 2009 the Director of Public Prosecutions published The Public Prosecution Service - Setting the Standard that called for a coherent and consistent, transparent, monitored legislative system for the use of all out of court disposals. The CPS is committed to ensuring that its involvement in the diversion process is transparent; and therefore on March 1, 2010 it began to publish Conditional Cautioning data on a quarterly basis. The first issue includes data from Quarter 3, 2009/2010. The next issue will show data from Q4 2009/10 and will be published on May 10, 2010.
