By Road
Approaching from the North:

Turn off the A1 at the A168 junction signpost ‘Teesside (A19)’

Pick up the A19 towards York and continue for approximately 10 miles

Go straight over the first roundabout

At the second roundabout take the second exit

The Hawkhills is immediately on the left.

A small gatehouse marks the entrance.
Approaching from the South (M1):

Stay on the M1 until it merges with the A1
-
Keep on the A1 and exit onto the A64 signposted ‘York and Tadcaster’ for approximately 1 mile

Turn left onto the A1237 signposted ‘Thirsk and Harrogate’
-
At the fourth roundabout turn left onto the A19 (Thirsk)
-
Carry on A19 for approximately 9 miles
-
Continue past the signs for ‘Alne’

The Hawkhills is immediately on the left.

By Air
The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford, which is approximately 30 miles from the Hawkhills.
By Rail
The nearest station is York. Approximately 12 miles from the Hawkhills. Our experienced and friendly conference organisers will be happy to provide advice on transport from York Station to The Hawkhills.
