Engagement

The FSSC works closely with the Learning and Skills Council, the Regional Development Agencies and other key stakeholders in the three northern regions, the North West, North East and Yorkshire and Humber, to ensure that public funds for skills development are directed to the needs of employers in the regions. We also work in partnership with the National Skills Academy for Financial Services to ensure learning provision matches employers’ needs. As an employer led and member organisation we constantly look to develop relationships with employers to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge that are essential in driving productivity and competiveness.
