Insured Advice Prize Draw

The winner of the prize draw, drawn on Monday 7 December, was Simon Kitchen of Sleafordian coaches.

How BIS will use the information you have provided

The information you submit for this survey will be used by BIS to evaluate businesses’ interest in insured advice as part of a wider pilot.  When compiling reports based on the survey returns, responses to the question from individuals will be anonymised.

If you agreed that BIS may telephone you to find out more about your views on insured advice, your name and telephone number will be passed securely to a survey company employed by BIS.  Without your express consent, BIS and the survey company will not use your information for any purpose other than evaluating the pilot. Your information will be handled in line with the BIS data protection, freedom of information and privacy guidelines at all times.
