Portal web pages protected by SSL begin with ‘https’ instead of the usual ‘http’.

Portal users will need to be aware of the following.

  • The URL of the Portal login page is changing:
    Current URL: http://www.ofsted.gov.uk/oxcare_providers/laportal
    New URL: https://www.ofsted.gov.uk/oxcare_providers/laportal
  • If you use your web browser’s password management features to remember your details for the Portal login page, you will need to re-enter the details again as they will not work once the URL for the login page changes from http to https.
