Regulating Air Transport: Consultation on Proposals to Update the Regulatory Framework for Aviation

Summary

This consultation sets out the Government’s proposals for modernising the civil aviation regulatory framework. This consultation builds on the proposals for reforming the economic regulation of airports in the UK which we consulted on earlier this year.
