Consultation on a European Commission proposal to adapt the Aerosol Dispensers Directive 75/324/EEC (ADD) to technical progress

This consultation document seeks your views on a proposal, recently presented by the European Commission, for a Directive on the adaptation to technical progress of the Aerosol Dispensers Directive 75/324/EEC  (ADD). This Directive concerns the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to aerosol dispensers and their safety.

Responses to this consultation will help inform the United Kingdom voting position and will also assist us in the preparation of a full Regulatory Impact Assessment in connection with the proposed measures.
