Analysis and synthesis of evidence on the effects of investment in six Cycling Demonstration Towns
This is an interim analysis of the first 3 years of investment in 6 cycling towns, prepared by Transport for Quality of Life, Sustrans and Cavill Associates for Cycling England. It shows an increase in cycling levels of 27% and an increase in the number of people cycling. It is important evidence for local authorities to consider in the preparation of LTP3. The analysis is an academic document which has been assessed internally by statisticians and policy analysts.
