DSA policy, guidance and research
Customer satisfaction
The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) carries out a series of annual satisfaction surveys aimed at different customer groups. The aim of these surveys is to measure our customers’ satisfaction with different aspects of their contact with DSA.
Drive On / Ride On readership survey
The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) has been working on the content of the Drive On and Ride On magazines, trying to make sure they offer you something useful to take with you as you start the long journey towards becoming a better and safer road user. We’d really like to know what you think about these magazines so that we can fine-tune them for others who will find themselves in your shoes later on.
Research
From time to time DSA publishes the outcome of research used to develop our services and new initiatives.
Road safety
DSA's core contribution is to help deliver improvements in road safety by influencing driver behaviour through setting the standard for safe drivers and trainers, educating drivers, supervising trainers and assessing the standard of driving at test.
